Internationally renowned for their Ryes, Belgrove's Peter Bingnell, is a Tasmanian farmer turned distiller. He is best know as a Mad Scientist for his unconventional equipment and techniques. The Belgrove Distillery 4 Year Old Rye Whisky has aromas of smoky mezcal, barbequed pineapple, earthy with green fruits, and peppery rye malt.
