The Ann-Inspired Shiraz is names after my late Nan- Thelma Ann Dewey. The 17th March 2017 marked the day that both my beloved Nan passed and the fruit for my top tier Shiraz arrived at the Winery. As a result, we dedicated the title of this wine to her memory.<br>The thumb print that you see on the front label, is that of my Pop - Raymond Dewey, who spent 76 years with dear Ann, so we felt it only fitting that they share in this label together.

Sourced from some of the oldest Shiraz vines in the world this full-bodied classic displays intense brooding fruit balanced by the finest French oak. Enjoy with rich meat dishes or cellar for many years. A true Barossa Valley icon.

Yalumba has always had a passion to keep exciting barrels or small batch wines separate from the blending table, regardless of quantity. This is where the Steeple Vineyard Shiraz was discovered. This iconic red wine is a tribute to the Barossa region. Deep red in colour with ruby hues, this wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums supported by subtle hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round and persistent with concentrated berry fruit and hints of aniseed. Twelve months barrel maturation in seasoned and new oak has enhanced the complexity, grainy tannins and length of flavour.

2014 Z Wine Section 3146 Barossa Valley Shiraz. Shiraz performed well with high baumes and low yields keeping us on or toes. Ripe fruit flavour and good weighted wines helped us shape a classic and popular Barossa style with loads of raspberry, licorice, black pepper and chocolate for complexity.

Family Barrel Barossa Shiraz - selected single vineyard 40 year old vines. Shiraz showcasing layers of fruits, plum, cranberry & cherry ripe character. Aged in french & american oak 18 months. Basket pressed small open fermentation adds to the overall structure & finese of the wine.
