Jack Daniels Bonded is Jacks time-honored recipe of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, but distilled to the standards of the Bottled-In-Bond act (1897), meaning this whiskey is from one distilling season, at 100 proof (50% ALC/VOL), and is matured for a minimum of 4 years at our federally bonded warehouses. Barrels were hand selected for their unique and particular characteristics of deeper colour, flavor, and aroma, which bring a darker, richer, and more oak-forward character to Jack Daniels Bonded. The distillery has a unique Spanish Mission-style architecture rarely seen in Kentucky and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The company attributes their product's quality to several factors: A unique Limestone water source, the spring-fed Salt River; a high quality grain source (Four Roses are the only distillery using the same grain source for 45 years, paying a premium for quality); Two Mash Bills in daily production - one mash bill contains significantly more rye than any other Bourbon, resulting in a spicy, full-bodied taste; and five proprietary yeast strains, each producing uniquely different flavours.

Aged in new charred barrels made from American White Oak, which gives Nelson County the smooth, distinctive flavour of a true Bourbon Whiskey.

Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste.
