The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. Fresh, pungent and layered wine by Evans & Tate. Gooseberry, lime leaf, melon and lychee with a regional grassy lift. Behind this sits subtle notes of custard apple, toast and spice from a touch of wild barrel fermentation. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc style continues onto the palate which is fleshy, long and fresh.

Deep Woods Hillside Chardonnay exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters. A suggestion of cedar like oak frames the generous stone fruit characters and complex chipped shell minerality. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit flavour nuanced by cashew notes. Bright citrusy acidity ensures and long and seamless finish providing enhanced structure and length.

The Deep Woods Estate Hillside Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that can be enjoyed on release but will find further complexity over the next two to three years. The palate is clean and lively with tremendous depth of ripe stone-fruit and the aroma of nectarine, ripe citrus and white blossom.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry White contains flavours of gooseberries that dominate the aroma of this blend with hints of stone fruit and perfume in the background. Fresh and lively with lovely texture and good length of flavour it is ideal summer drinking.
