Multi Trophy-winning Sam Trimboli must be one of the country's most in-demand winemakers. But after 30-odd years working for other wineries, he took the big step of setting up on his own in 2018 – and, being an old friend of ours, we backed him every step of the way. In return, Sam creates some excellent wines just for us, most have become bestsellers. We suspect this cracking white will shortly join them.

De Bortoli Colombard Chardonnay blend has beautifully match the high acidity, fuller bodied Colomblard with the aromatic Chardonnay we all knew so well. Packed with zesty citrus, tropical fruits on the nose. A refreshingly dry whte great with richer seafood dishes.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.

Fresh lifted aromas of lemon, lime, guava and pineapple. On the palate, zesty flavours of lemon, lime and grapefruit with a small portion of Semillon adding complexity and mouth feel before leading to a crisp dry finish.

Lifted aromas of ripe peach, nectarine and cantaloupe and mixed spice with toasty notes. On the palate, complex flavours of ripe peaches and cream with lively nectarine, biscuit and yeast notes and mineral like acidity.

De Bortoli has the ability to produce wines that offer supreme value for money. This classic Australian blend shows delicious sweet dark fruits and soft, lingering tannin.

This De Bortoli Cabernet Merlot blend combines rich, dark berry from the Cabernet's flavour with soft, plumy Merlot. An ideal accompaniment to pasta, veal or pork.

The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.

Rewild Sustainable Made wine is all about helping improve our environment, working with Nature to put back more than we take out. Produced by Duxtons Vineyard who are driven by Actively Reducing Our Footprint, Engage in Water Saving Initiatives, Renewable Energy and are also strong supporters of the 'Saving Our Species' project. With medium straw golden colouring and notes of citrus flowers on the nose. Orchard fruits are concentrated on the palate with honey and spice complexity alongside creamy and almond meal texture leading to a dry finish.
