This gin compliments the rough seas, celebrating our juniper-based spirit’s naval heritage. A nose of salty ocean breeze gives way to notes of native lime interplayed by seagrass. A combination of juniper distilled through maceration and vapour infusion creates a melody of depth and mouthfeel. Sweetness and elevated texture are provided by macadamia and vanilla. When first released in early 2016 this expression became an instant classic and sold out in record time. This Limeburners American Oak Single Malt Whisky was matured in refill American oak bourbon barrels. It has no added colouring and is non-chill filtered and is a lighter, very smooth style of single malt whisky, which really allows the malted barley flavours and ex-bourbon cask influence to shine through. Exhibiting gentle citrus and honey aromas, American Oak has a bright, golden colour with a bold and full flavour. Upfront spice with vanilla notes and a medium to long finish.

To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.
