Crafted with precision, this wine weaves together classic Pinot Noir charm. Whole bunch fermentation brings lifted spice and fine tanning, while 30% new French oak frames the palate wih subtle toast and structure. Earthy notes of truffle and mushroom unfold gracefully over vibrant acidity, delivering both prettiness and power in equal measure. From its fruit sauced core to its lingering savoury finish, this wine speaks of altitude, craftsmanship, and the soul of the Adelaide Hills.

This is a beautiful cool-climate style Cabernet Sauvignon that has gotten better with age and is now coming into its own in terms of style and drinkability. Hand picked and fermented in small open fermentres and then maturation for close to 20 months in French oak barrels has produced a lovely medium-bodied wine with all the clasic Cabernet characters of blackcurrent, red capsicum, roasted nuts, tobacco leaf and bouguet garni with fine tannins.

A medium bodied cool-climate Adelaide Hills Shiraz that dispalys all of the charcteristics of a classic French Rhone red. Hand picked, small batch fermentation from our close planted Shiraz block (4,444 vine per hecatre - as suggested by Brian Crosser) block has produced a wine with lots of spice, sweet bberries and a hint of cedar.
