Castelnau Champagne Brut Vintage
Located in the heart of Reims, Champagne, Castelnau represents the very essence of the region, with access to 900 hectares of vineyards across 155 crus, creating a unique grape growers collective that guarantees exceptional supply possibilities for the production of outstanding Champagne. Known for its extensive lees ageing, Champagne Castelnau has a long established reputation for its top quality range. Exceptionally, this Champagne has had more than 10 years of ageing on its lees, giving it remarkable complexity and depth. This vintage offers an aromatic harmony of grilled, toasty notes and the well-rounded body is thanks to the Chardonnay in the blend that has been grown in the Grande Montagne de Reims. Citrus fruit, such as grapefruit, caress the taste buds and impart a distinguished freshness. The spicy notes on the finish are a signature style of Champagne Castelnau.
Besserat De Bellefon Champagne Cuvee Rose
The house of Besserat de Bellefon was founded in 1843 near Ay in Champagne, and is now based in Epernay. The hallmark of the house is the lower than normal pressure that the wine is kept at under cork. This lower than normal pressure does not reduce the effervescence, but softens it, allowing the wine to partner better with food. Created in homage to Louise Pommery, daughter of Madame Pommery, Cuvée Louise is a wine of exceptional and absolute purity which expresses the quintessence of the knowhow of the Maison Pommery.Cuvée Louise finds its origin within three grands crus; Avize, Cramant and Aÿ - true gems of the Champagne region.The 2006 vintage, uniquely available in half bottle size, expresses all its lightness and delicacy with subtle minerality. The harmony is perfect. Aromas of white flowers are wonderfully associated with hints of prunes and white peaches, creating a silky and fine effect. It embraces the palate with grace and elegance, the finale is long and tense.

Pommery Blue Sky - another way to think Champagne! The fruit of a new Pommery experience with a traditional blend. A Champagne that opens up towards a happy moment. An intense savour which will surprise first of all through its richness before freeing an invigorating freshness. At first we perceive notes of dry figs and dried almonds. Then we find touches of almond paste, millefeuille, marshmallow and honey. All these flavours blend with simplicity and elegance with lemony and dried orange notes and several hints of spices.A Champagne designed to pour in a large glass and over ice (+/_ 5 ice cubes). Champagne Philippe Fourrier Rose De Saignee
Primarily from Pinot Noirs, traditionally-made Rose de Saignee Brut has a deeper pink dress, nuanced by bubbly white foam. Nose expresses intense rasberry notes and red fruits bouquet. Aged minimum 3 years, the NV 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay has a generous palate of ripe red fruits, duplicating its nose with delicate tannin and sweet spice aromas. Minimal Chardonnay blend contributes to subtle freshness and charming length. Perfect Sping/Summer apero.
Domaine Alphonse Mellot Sancerre La Moussiere
Biodynamic. La Moussière is one of the great vineyards of the Loire Valley. Cultivated with incredibly rocky, limestone-rich soils, this gently rolling vineyard lies on the ancient Saint-Doulchard marls, which form a part of the great Kimmeridgian chain (à la Chablis). Coupled with Mellot’s meticulous biodynamic farming and low yields, it’s a terroir responsible for some of Sancerre’s most striking and atypical wines. As usual, 50% of this wine underwent fermentation in huge wooden fermenters and was raised in oak casks—a fact that in no way compromises the fabulous purity and energy on offer. The balance of the wine was fermented and raised in traditional concrete vats before blending. All the wine was aged on fine lees for a period of roughly 12 months, further enhancing the wine’s famously deep and pulpy texture.
