On the palate: Shows a mouth-watering balance of racy acidity and fine tannins providing support for the layers of black fruits and varietal herb through to the long, fresh finish. Dark ruby red with a violet hue. A lifted bouquet of dark cherries, plum,mulberry and mint combined with layers of spice and distinct coffee like aromas from oak maturation. Elegant with flavours of ripe red and black fruitsand spices dominant with palate. The palate is well-balancedwith a soft mouthfeel and lingering spicy tannins.

100% Shiraz gives this wine a vibrant pink colour, lovely lifted aromas of raspberry and icing sugar. The palate vibrates with lovely rich fruit flavours finishing more in the dry spectrum.

Xanadu Fusion Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of ripe blackcurrants, dark berry fruits, and black plums entwined with savoury hints of bay leaf and spicy, toasty oak. The full-bodied palate is packed full of juicy fruits of the forest, cassis and mocha flavours. A generous wine, with a solid tannin structure and fleshy fruit characters which persist through to a warm, lingering finish.

This highly expressive Margaret River Shiraz comes from the award-winning Miles From Nowhere label. With grapes sourced from precious little pockets of exceptional land and vineyards, this Shiraz lives up to their reputation with great fruit concentration driven by mixed berries and dark, juicy cherry fruit.

A traditional red grape variety from Bordeaux in France, Malbec is increasingly being grown in Australia. The grape is renowned for its deep colour, generous fruit expression and full flavour. Margaret River wine region offers great growing conditions for the variety. Malbec wines from this region show great depth and beautifully reflect the character of the grape. This is not surprising considering Margaret River and Bordeaux experience similar climatic conditions.

Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 86%; Merlot 14% Purple with crimson edges looks serious in the glass. Tobacco leaf feint cassis purple plums a complex nose which adds weight to the serious theme. Quality MR Cabernet leads the charge here. A wine with high cheek- bones. Just ripe cabernet gives this sinew and poise. Merlot is subservient almost hard to detect. Terrific wine, at almost twice the price.

This Shiraz is uniquely Margaret River, with an incredible combination of fruit, spice and lingering fine-grained tannins. For the 2019 harvest, only the best blocks of Shiraz were harvested to make this limited production wine.
