We created The Hidden Sea to captivate our friends while allowing them to feel a part of something bigger than themselves, celebrate the amazing place we make our wine and look and taste damn great. By Drinking this bottle of The Hidden Sea we will remove the equivalent of 10 500mL plastic bottles from our Ocean and recycle them. Colour - Pale straw with green hues. Aroma - Lifted and lively with grapefruit, gooseberry, and fresh lychee. Palate - Crisp and refreshing with tropical fruits, lime zest and white pear.

Made from Vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita Single Vineyard. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and stone fruit flavours with pleasing fresh finish. Buttery and complex.
Eight at the Gate Single Vineyard Pinot Gris
Fresh aromas of pink lady apples and ripe Buerre Bosc pears cascade from the glass. The palate shows green apple and chalky minerality finishing with a soft touch of wild honey. There’s a fleshy tension to the wine from skin contact which is beautifully balanced with crisp varietal acidity.
