A beautiful French rosé in colour, the bouquet presents delicate notes of strawberries and red berries such asraspberries and fresh cherries. The palate dances nicely between fresh fruits, citrus characters and a lovely clean, crisp finish.

Translucent cherry color. The nose offers up aromas of ripe cherries, plum juice and pomegranate with spice endnotes. Flavors of sweet cherries intermix with pomegranate and plum juice followed by some spice on the medium dry finish. The name 11 MINUTES refers to the durationof the skin contact, the pressing of the grapes: the full load of grapes is very softly pressed. It is ideal as an aperitif and as anaccompaniment to the most delicate dishes.
