Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. To create its well rounded flavour, Glenmorangie 18-Year-Old Extremely Rare Malt spends fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks, then approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks for a further three years. Then both elements are blended back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour.

One of a number of single cask bottling we've received from Martinique rhum agricole producers, Clément. This one was matured for a decade, from October 2003 to December 2013, in cask number #0310021 before being bottled at 42.8% ABv, with an outturn of 440 bottles

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.

Clement LElixir comes from the blend of rums aged 6 years. A vintage that has aromatic characteristics. An abundance of delicately woody notes and the playfulness of spicy flavours sign the general aromatic profile of this vintage. The scents of cinnamon coexist with those of dry dates. Gingerbread and mocha punctuate the tasting of an exquisite gourmandise.

Bottled at 90 proof, and made with unique 'Sinatra Barrels', Jack Daniels Sinatra Select pays tribute to Jacks biggest fan: Mr. Frank Sinatra. These Sinatra barrels have deep grooves on the inside of the staves which exposes the Whiskey to extra layers of oak. This imparts a rich amber colour, bold character and a pleasant smokiness, followed by an incredibly smooth vanilla finish. Much like Frank himself, this Whiskey is one of a kind.

The production process of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka is unique; it combines delicately age-old traditions and innovations. All the ingredients used to make Beluga undergo a thorough purification and filtration process. The special malt spirit and the purest water from Siberian artesian wells combined with natural honey, oat infusion, Silybum marianum extract and vanillin make the taste rich, complete and superb. The so called period of ‘rest’ that lasts for 30 days is the final stage of Beluga Noble Russian Vodka production. This is an exclusive stage not applied to the production of ordinary vodkas. During the time of ‘rest’ the vodka matures and acquires its immaculate and noble taste thanks to which Beluga Noble Russian Vodka has become world famous.
