Billy Button Bianco
This Bianco is a blend of Friulano (52%), Verdelho (22%), Albarino (12%), Chardonnay (7%) and Riesling (7%) from the Alpine Valleys and the King Valley. Made from a number of separate parcels. The Friulano, Verdelho and Riesling were fermented in stainless steel with inoculated yeasts. The Albarino was wild fermented in a puncheon and the Chardonnay was sparkling pressings wild fermented in old barrels.

Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.
