Anna and Jason Flowerday run the Te Whare Ra vineyard in Marlborough according to organic and bio-dynamic practices. The fruit is picked and sorted by hand, then processed in a winery especially designed for small-batch wine-making. This dry Pinot Gris is finely structured with great purity and length of flavour. Lifted aromas of nashi pear, raspberry, red apple and white florals follow on to the palate, where they're balanced by a fine, supple texture and lingering minerality.

Cloudy Bay has produced a Sauvignon Blanc of vibrant intensity. The characteristically uplifting aromas of kaffir lime, lemon zest and nectarine, with the floral notes of orange blossom on the nose; A weighty texture of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours balanced by a minerally-citrus acid backbone with a finish that is crisp and clean on the palate. Josef Chromy Chardonnay is a classic cool climate style, showing notes of melon and granny smith apple, some mid palate creamy richness and taut linear acidity. Fruit is sourced from Josef Chromys estate vineyards in Relbia in Northern Tasmania. The Chardonnay is gently pressed to stainless steel for a cool ferment with full solids retained for fermentation to give richness and texture.
