This wine, Freycinet's junior Pinot Noir, reveals liveliness and youthfulness in its colour, aroma and flavours. Similar winemaking techniques are utilized as for their renowned Freycinet Pinot Noir. Fully ripened fruit from their Louis vineyard site is fermented over a 7 to 8 day period in a rotary fermenter. A pure yeast culture is added and the ferment temperature is allowed to peak at 32 degrees. After gently extracting colour, flavour and tannins from the skins the wine is pressed and matured in French oak barriques (8% new) for 12 months prior to bottling.

This wine from South West France has been created by the famous winemaker Pascal Verhaeghe, owner of Chateau du Cedre. This velvety and fruity red wine, with notes of blackcurrant and spices is a great expression of French Malbec.

Rich and deep in colour this wine has a bountiful bouquet of violets and plums aromas with a palate packed full of flavour. Enjoy rich dark cherries, earthy notes and cinnamon spice.

Made in collaboration with Assembly store, this is a lightly carbonated non-alcoholic beverage, similar to that of a pétillant gose. Tart native citrus and bitter hops profile, made with citra hops, lemongrass hibiscus, lemon myrtle, Murray River salt, liquorice root, peppermint, preserved lemon, cane sugar, verjus and filtered water.
