Hilary Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is a thoroughly modern and elegant Australian Chardonnay that offers a creamy style with subtle flavours and approachable character. The restrained use of oak balances the quintessential Adelaide Hills fruit character.Quintessential Adelaide Hills with white nectarine, lemon curd and hazelnut aromas, and underlying mineral characters in the background. Palate shows restraint with a nougat and creamy elegance. Subtle flavours along with the typical regional acid line bring freshness and length.

The Jericho Fiano has lovely aromatics of fresh stone fruit and fresh herbs. On the palate, it displays freshly cut apricots and peaches with a touch of melon and lime juice and a lovely structure and texture in the mouth.

Paracombe Chardonnay is a pale straw hued wine displaying light green tints. The attractive bouquet exudes mesmerising scents of fig and lemon soufflé, with light suggestions of minerality. The palate is delicate and structured, brimming with fresh flavours of peach, melon and creamy apple. These beautiful characters are supported by natural acidity, culminating the wine in a long, balanced and stylish finale. This wonderful Chardonnay tastes marvellous with crab cakes, pizza margherita and bay scallop chowder.

This elegant Pinot Gris features aromas of honeydew, pear, vanilla and orange blossom, as well as flavours of ginger spice, nashi pear, citrus and quince, all of which are balanced by a zesty acid line.

Fresh and aromatic Hesketh Sauvignon Blanc has the Bouquet of assorted citrus. Intense limey notes, with hints of grapefruit zest. A young and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc showcasing freshly cut granny smith apples, the trademark elegance of the Adelaide Hills region.

Wirra Wirra The Lost Watch Riesling is individually handpicked which results in a truly stunning wine. Paul Smith has created an Adelaide Hills wonder here with intense lime juice, apple and mineral singing in unison reaching a crescendo on the finish.
