Julie Fevre Petit Chablis

Domaine Gerard Duplessis Chablis

From vineyards just outside Premier Cru village, this wine ticks both boxes for both floral and mineral. Delicious on its own, or with crustaceans and shellfish. Can also be cellared for a few years.

Le Domaine dHenri Vignoble Petit Chablis

From one of the most respected families in the region, this wine offers an entry level insight to Chablis and its flavors.

La Chablisienne Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy

White gold in colour, limpid and brilliant with golden reflections. The first nose is toasted, grilled. After aeration, notes of ripe, slightly stewed, caramelized white-fleshed fruit appear. Seductively soft, sweet notes. Balanced in the mouth. We find these notes of fruit bringing fullness and roundness. A saline hint on the finish brings energy and length. The whole is structured with a noticeable, well-integrated woodiness.

Chateau de Maligny Petit Chablis

VARIETALS 100% Chardonnay VINTAGE 2023 REGION Chablis AOC, Burgundy, France APPEARANCE Bright yellow-gold. NOSE The nose has delicate but bright aroma with hints of fruit and flowers, complemented by light mineral nuances. Le Petit Chablis is a pleasant fresh wine, distinctive with a very present minerality and floral aromas. PALATE The palate has a good attack accompanied by an important aromatic persistence in the mouth. It has rich flavors with fruity and floral tones that dominate a very pleasant freshness on the background of a balanced minerality. AGEING Wood is not used in order to remain close to the terroir and the traditional aromas of Chablis wines. PAIRING It expresses itself very well, on its own as an aperitif or with charcuterie, seafood, fish or dry goat's cheese.
