Billy Goat's Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

Four times distilled, made from whey, pure Australian water and charcoal filtering helps to remove any impurities to produce an ultra clean, silky smooth spirit with the finest taste. Super smooth Vodka O has won the 2011 World Spirits Award and the 2010 Vodka Masters in London in the smooth category.

Two-Fold is a double-grain whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels. It's a balanced, approachable and versatile sipping whisky that also works beautifully in a mixed drink.
