In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is unaged. It has an amazingly soft texture and vegetal sweetness with a long and satisfying finish.

This cognac contains no additives, sugar, or caramel. Only a slight filtration is carried out to preserve its aromatic qualities as much as possible.

Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations.

Twelve years of aging signify the first maturity of the Folle Blanche. Served at room temperature with a fruity dessert, meringue pastry, or eaten alone: the taste experience of elegance. Tasting Notes: Deep golden colour and a fresh nose of fruit (orange, lemon, wild apple) and flowers. A silky texture gently intensifying the freshness of the attack towards a long palate evoking candied pineapple, nutmeg, white pepper and zest. Wood and fruit melted in balance. The finish is tinged with liquorice coated with these deep flavours close to nuts and typical of the aging of the great Bas-Armagnacs, called "rancio".

To celebrate, Jean Fillioux has reserved for Cerbaco a barrel of their 1992 vintage just bottled as a Special Cerbaco Label. Vintage cognacs are as rare as hen’s teeth, even more so from the best part of Grand Champagne, and 1992, freshly bottled, perfectly proves the superiority and individuality of artisan production. Harvested and distilled in 1992, this Cognac was matured in a French recent loose grain oak cask, in a cool damp cellar. Tasting Notes: Nose: Fresh and floral on the nose with citrus fruit, syrupy apples and refined orchid tones. Palate: Round and complex palate with beeswax, ripe plum, candied orange and chocolate. The youngest of the brandies in this typical Bas-Armagnac blend was aged in oak barrels, in our cellars, for at least 3 years. Tasting Notes: A beautiful shade of old rum. A fine, elegant, subtle bouquet with no austerity. The oak reveals a hint of vanilla, enhanced by traces of cinnamon and dried fruit. The esters produce cocoa and vanilla aromas. A strong, well-balanced palate releases flavours of spices and currants. The finish has spicy undertones, with marked vanilla, prunes and dried fruit.

An eight-year maturing process gives rise to a superb Folle Blanche brandy. Served at room temperature or chilled, the natural intensity of the Folle Blanche will provide a delicious accompaniment to desserts with orange and chocolate.
