Sitting at the traditional Sloe Gin strength of 26% alcohol, Ink Sloe & Berry is a lower-alcohol option for those who want to drink less and enjoy more, and is perfect for sipping on the rocks. Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour. The perfect companion to balance the sweeter botanical counterparts in Sloe & Berry. The story of Riesling in Australia is as old as the wine industry itself. The famed Florita Vineyard is synonymous with the classic grape variety and was established by Leo Buring in 1962. In 1986 the Barry family acquired the 80 acre property and began to write the next chapter in the famous vineyard's history. Opens with powerful floral aromas of rose water, citrus blossom, pear and lime. A wine with an eye to the future. Tightly wound within clean, straight acidity. Exhibits pure lime fruit with a long citrusy finish.

A spice driven gin, with a pungent juniper base. Flavoured by four different peppers, as well as cardamom, clove and cumin. The Artwork for this limited bottling of 23rd Street Distillery Yuzu Gin was created by local Artist Claire Ishino (SA), the inspiration is Japanese sunsets blending with our Australian climate and of course the Riverland Yuzu fruit. In our Copper Pot No. 3, we vapour-infuse pure Australian sugarcane base with a quadruple burst of citrus and refreshing spice mélange. Fruit is gathered from a single Riverland orchard. Highly fragrant Yuzu and Buddha's Hand fruit are incorporated whole, and from Cara Cara and Blood Oranges we use the hand-peeled rind. Juniper, Chamomile and Coriander plus Australian natives Cinnamon Myrtle, Pink Peppercorn and Strawberry Gum complete the assembly of aromatics. A sense-awakening postcard from today's Riverland. Traditional citrus and botanicals are brightened and heightened by native spices and elegantly perfumed Yuzu and Buddha's Hand. Opulent soft floral citrus aromas set the scene. The refreshing palate presents juicy sweetness followed by lingering zest and warmth. Best served as a thirst-quenching G&T, which reveals its naturally 'cloudy' mixing effect.

A herbaceous gin, with strong notes from fresh Basil, Vietnamese mint, Sage and Dill. Floral notes from Hibiscus, with woody sweet after tones from cinnamon. A subtle juniper sweetness blends it all together. Best served with a sweet garnish like apple, to bring out the floral notes in a Gin and Tonic.

This gin has been crafted using both maseration and infusion methods to create a rose pink colour. The colour comes from grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and organic rose petals. We recommend a garnish that is not too overpowering such as cucumber. Conveniently, it is not necessary to squeeze lemon or lime as it is already packed with citrus. Enjoy this gin with tonic, in a cocktail or on the rocks.
