Sourced from 100% Frankland River fruit, Flametree's Shiraz is a varietal of distinctiveness and a sense of place. A lovely nose of berry fruit leading to fruit driven palate of rich cherry, spice and liquorice tones with soft velvety tannins. A wonderful example of elegant, perfumed Shiraz.

A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. 'Pure and fragrant, expect a nose layered with cassis, blackcurrant, leaf and dusty spice rack spices, while in your mouth it's pure, beautifully structured, fine and dry. The Raconteur is sourced from Carl Linder's 80 year old Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard located in the Barossa Valley; these old vines are hand harvested and made using traditional techniques by Vinaceous contract winemaker Elena Brooks (Dandelion Vineyards). The wine is matured in oak and selected by Vinaceous Winemakers Mike Kerrigan and Nick Stacy and sent to West Cape Howe Wine (WA) for finishing, fining, blending and bottling by Vinaceous. The Raconteur 'breaks the mold' for Barossa Cabernet; lush, rich and deep purple in colour with bright hues, the aroma leaps from the glass with violets and black berry and mocha notes. Ripe fleshy black currants and cassis complement the overall palate with intensity, weight, structure and texture. Along with lip-smacking tannins and fine oak nuances, the Raconteur can easily be enjoyed on immediate opening or be cellared in the short term.

Swings & Roundabouts Rosé is a beautiful blend produced by the fusion of 59% Malbec with 12.5% Sangiovese and 28.5% Tempranillo grapes. These luscious fruit parcels were picked in the cool of the night and chilled with skin contact. The juice obtained by cold pressing was fermented and then bottled. The resulting blend features a pale coral pink hue. Fresh aromas of spicy fruits fuse with light bramble notes to flaunt a fragrant bouquet. The fruity and vibrant palate packs juicy tropical fruit flavours, supported by crisp and sparkling acidity. These enticing characters provide a soft texture, culminating the wine in a lively and persistent finish. Made for consumption upon release, this magnificent Rosé tastes lovely with ham hock croquette with herb aioli and goat cheese.

Credaro Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep brick red colour accompanied by purple tinges. Pour in glasses and enjoy the elegant bouquet emanating rich aromas of dark berry fruits and bay leaves, with hints of oak. Sip to discover a fine and sophisticated palate of blackcurrant, dark cherry and vanilla flavours. Integrated with ripe tannins, the palate ends in a long finish showing dried herb and floral hints. This red wine has a cellaring potential of 10 to 15 years. Drink it with port wine braised beef short ribs, brisket, or braised red cabbage.

Vibrant youthful brilliant hue of good depth. Ripe cherry and plum fruits with chocolatey influences. The palate displays good depth of fruit concentration, ripe sweet fruit fleshiness in the mid-palate and good flavour extension.

Exhibits pure aromas of wild strawberry and white florals. The palate displays ripe fruit and finishes bone dry.
