Evans & Tate is arguable the most famous name in Western Australia wine, and now the Tate name has been re-born in the Franklin Tate Estates wines made by esteemed winemaker, Rory Clifton-Parks. Franklin Tate himself has sought out the finest vineyard sites in the Margaret River region to deliver superb, terroir driven, wines that showcase the tradition and longevity of the Tate name, but also a modern and innovative wine-making approach. The Chardonnay was one third fermented in fine French Oak barriques delivery a soft and creamy mouthfeel, yet still with varietal lift and fine acid balance.

d'Arenberg Hermit Crab Viognier Marsanne has medium golden colour leads to a sweetly ripe nose of apricots and honeysuckle. The palate is big textual and warmish with sweet apricot and stewed pear flavours. Perfect with red duck curry.

Full of crisp citrus with luscious peach and nectarine stone. Honeysuckle and a hint of melon provide added complexity. The acid backbone coats the mouth and the long herbaceous finish leaves you just wanting more.

The Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay is a crisp style of white wine, full of flavour and bustling with liveliness just like the Sorrento Township. This is the 1st release of the Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay, a wine that takes a modern twist with exciting new labelling and refreshing winemaking. Sorrento is one Italys most famous towns and one of Serafino (Steve) Maglieris favourite beaches. The fruit used to craft The Stump Jump Riesling was gently crushed, fermented, and basket pressed. The resulting white wine showcases a light yellow colour. This beautiful Riesling exudes delightful aromas of frangipani, lemon and lime sherbet from its perfumed bouquet. These vibrant fragrances are replicated on the juicy palate, where they are balanced by subtle sweetness and sharp acidity. This wonderful Riesling ends in a zingy and refreshing finale. Crafted to be enjoyed as an aperitif, it can also be served with beef curry, or fresh and raw fish.
