At Grant Burge wines, we challenged ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was Ink.Juicy fruit palate with juicy black fruits. The palate is moderately weighted and balanced with fruit sweetness with a perfectly matched soft structure that finishes clean and fresh.

Mountadam can boast being the “foremost producer of chardonnay in the Eden Valley” (Halliday), but their deeply layered, textural and complex reds are also creating great excitement amongst the trade. The 2K20 GISA ARC Barossa Shiraz is a rich full flavoured wine with good intensity & power. It is medium bodied wine with generous, ripe fruit flavours, of blue berries, plum, black currant & liquorice. There are hints of vanilla bean and coconut derived from the American Oak with the balance in older French oak 60/40. True to its roots, it is a ripe, rich, full flavoured Barossa Shiraz. History will tell this will be a good vintage.
