Chris Taylor and his Quattro Mano wines have certainly made their mark on the modern Australian wine scene. High in the hills above Eden Valley, Pewsey Vale is one of Australia's great Riesling vineyards. This release shows the typical citrus and perfume aromas with a wonderful length of flavour. Always at a fantastic price, Pewsey Vale Riesling is still one of the best value-for-money wines across the entire range. Brilliant when young while it transforms over a decade or more to reveal a textured beauty to behold.

The Nosey Parker simply delivers in spades. Swathes of sweetly spiced blackberry woven with pencil shaving oak, backed up by a rich, powerfully long palate. The Nosey is a very versatile wine in that it is perfectly suited to be enjoyed on its own or is equally at home when paired with rich and flavoursome cuisine.

The Little Giant Shiraz continues to be the favourite in the Wombat family. The wine displays more elegance and lift than previous vintages though the cooler Eden Valley fruit adds aromatic lift, interest, and freshness. This is a contemporary Barossa Shiraz having spent maturation time in older oak adding subtle vanilla and chocolate nuances. There’s softness on the finish and with its moderate alcohol is perfect for the luncheon occasion to partner many red meat cuisines or a Sunday BBQ!

Hand-crafted using small parcels of old vine fruit, The Barking Dog Grenache Shiraz Mataro is an exceptional example of three of the Barossa Valleys finest varieties. The soft balanced tannins and acid provide the core structure and combine to provide an intense long finish.
