It is medium bodied wine with generous, ripe fruit flavours, of blue berries, plum, black currant & liquorice. There are hints of vanilla bean and coconut derived from the American Oak with the balance in older French oak 60/40. True to its roots, it is a ripe, rich, full flavoured Barossa Shiraz. History will tell this will be a good vintage.
