A crisp, stylish pinot grigio from the Della Venezie DOC in Veneto. The wine shows straw yellow with copper reflections. Aromas of fresh apple and exotic fruit lead to pleasant and lively flavours, with clear fruity hints. Excellent when served with fish-based hors doeuvres, shellfish, fried fish, soups, boiled meat and chicken.
Bolla Retro Soave Classico DOC
Bolla revives an icon of Italian wine history, with the 1950s vintage bottle and label for a new Soave Classico with a contemporary feel, inspired by the belief that wine traditions must be upheld. Garganega (100%) from vineyards identified over sixty vintages on Soave Classico hills, is the responsible variety here. These heirloom vines give strong berries with a hard skin, rich in aromas. These features mean the wine delivers floral and balsamic notes. On the palate its round with a rich texture, notes of candied fruit and yellow plum. Intense and persistent.

Renzo Masi Il Bastardo Sangiovese
This wine is produced with carefully selected Sangiovese grapes from northern-central Tuscany.Intense ruby red colour. Very aromatic nose, with berry and cherry aromas and flavours. On the palate, it is medium to full bodied, with fine tannins and a fruity finish. Enjoyable from its release, it reaches its best after two years of cellaring.

Anno Domini ProseccoRose DOC
A blend of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir, the Pinot Noir component is fermented separately as a dry red wine, then blended with the Glera prior to secondary fermentation. Soft red fruit (ripe raspberry and cherry), with flavours of strawberry sorbet, watermelon, and floral notes of roses, with a hint of sweetness balanced by a soft foamy mouthfeel and refreshing acidity. Ideal with smoked dishes, especially salmon, freshwater trout and mozzarella.
