Teusner Righteous Mataro
Barossa Valley identity, Kym Teusner, harnesses the fruit weight and concentration of old vine Mataro with expert hands here with the Righteous Mataro. The fruit was sourced from the 'fruit salad' vineyard planted in the 1930s and consists mostly of Grenache, but if you look closely, every fourth vine is a quirky Mataro vine! Wonderful layers of spice over dense blue and black fruits pave the way for a finish that is utterly long and sublime.

Samai Kampot Pepper Premium Cambodian Rum
Product Description: Peppercorn fire meets tropical fruit—Cambodian rum with a spicy twist. Samai Kampot Pepper Premium Cambodian Rum is a category-first release that marries aged rum with the bold, fragrant spice of red Kampot peppercorns. Crafted in Phnom Penh by Samai Distillery, this spirit is macerated with whole peppercorns after ageing for up to three years, then rested in stainless steel to allow its spice and sweetness to harmonise. The result? A rum that’s fresh, vibrant, and genuinely unlike anything else in the bottle. Distilled from local sugarcane molasses using a hybrid pot and column system, this rum shows off Cambodian terroir in full voice. The red Kampot pepper—internationally prized for its floral aroma and balanced heat—adds aromatic lift and a subtle tingle that lingers long after the last sip. Expect sweet notes of guava and eucalyptus with a tingling, zesty finish. An excellent sipper for the adventurous, and a creative weapon behind the bar for riffs on Daiquiris, Dark & Stormies, or Negronis. Tasting Notes NOSE – Exotic and peppery Crisp molasses and brown sugar backed by red Kampot pepper and tropical lift. Prunotto Barolo
In 1904 a co-operative winery called Ai Vino Delle Langhe was founded and a young man who worked there was Alfred Prunotto. Prunotto took over the estate in 1922, giving it his own name and today it is run under the umbrella of the famous Marchesi Antinori family. Located in Alba the estate tends around 50 hectares of vineyards throughout the Langhe and Monferrato. This Nebbiolo is garnet red in colour with ample and complex aromas of violets and berry fruit, full and velvety in flavour and very balanced. Its structure and body make it an ideal match for meat and game dishes and for cheese.
Paxton EJ Shiraz
The EJ Shiraz is the jewel in Paxton's organic and biodynamic crown. Awarded 95 points in the Halliday Wine Companion 2017, this wine is the result of low yielding vines that are more than a century old. The flavour is elegant and round and the nose offers vanilla, black current and oak.
Farnese Edizione
Farnese Edizione gives a very deep garnet red colour. The nose is intense and persistent with notes of cherry and blackcurrant, herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, liquorice and hints of mineral. The palate has great structure, good balance between alcohol and freshness, velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish, ready to drink, or can be put in the cellar for a few years.
Paradise IV Dardel
Deep magenta in colour: aromatic and lifted with an array of scents that include: blood plum, red berries, smoky charcuterie, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper and the sweet smell of sous bois lingering in the background. This wine has grace and refinement yet it also shows restrained power. It becomes even more complex and tight with decanting and breathing for an hour or more. Dardel 2014 will be one of Paradise IV longest lived wines.
