The Tate family are one of the most famous wine names in Western Australia, especially in Margaret River. It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Franklin, son of John, has sourced some of the most prestigious vineyard sites in Margaret River and has highly regarded winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to hand-craft the quality wines, like this traditional Chardonnay.

West Cape Howe's Sauvignon Blanc enjoyed a cool ripening season in WA's Great Southern region that has produced this lovely white with real intensity and varietal character. Fresh, lively aromas of are followed by a palate with zesty flavours and crisp acidity.

With its light to medium body, Vermentino has a similar weight and profile to Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling. Fresh jasmine, green apple and peaches provide a luscious bouquet of aromas. Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

From one of Evans & Tates latest ranges from Margaret River, this is a unique chardonnay brimming with a rich riot of creamy peaches and brioche flavours. This wine barrels on to a long seamless finish, perfect to share on a sunny afternoon with friends.

Vibrant in appearance and pale lemon in colour. An array of subtle and intricate notes of dried pear, honeysuckle, lemon /lime citrus oils, peach, minerals, nuts and caramel. Very silky in the mouth with a lemon curd tart zest and richness. The talc-like minerality, fine acidity and guiding oak add length, definition and structure to the palate. This wine is full of mouthwateringly beautiful flavours, great subtlety, finesse and complexity.

This aromatic white blend is a fusion of 92% Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 8% Semillon grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested in the cool of the night and then cold pressed. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel before bottling. The resulting blend displays a pale green colour. The lifted bouquet exudes fresh aromas of guava, with hints of Semillon grapes evident in the background. The medium-bodied palate initially presents flint dry and racy fruit flavours, balanced by crisp acidity. The finale is excellent and lingering. Made for consumption upon release, this enticing white wine has the potential to be cellared for 2 to 3 years from vintage. Swings & Roundabouts Sauvignon Blanc Semillon goes well with poached salmon, Rottnest King George whiting or goat cheese.
