Chalk Hill Alpha Crucis Titan Shiraz
AROMA: Dark cherries, plum, spice, perfume, flowers and dark chocolate. TASTE: A beautifully balanced shiraz, it is a complex wine with wonderfulred and dark fruit flavours combining with spice, dark chocolate and a hintof coffee. The finish is long and smooth. CELLARING: Will reward cellaring for 6-8 years or more. VINTAGE The fruit was harvested and handled separately from each vineyard. Aftergoing through a 10 day fermentation on skins, it was transferred to acombination of new, 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels, of which 15%were new. It spent 15 months in barrel prior to blending. A warm and dry summer produced small berries with rich andconcentrated flavours. The blending of the three sub regions of Clarendon,Blewitt Springs and Seaview allowed us to maintain a wine of purity andvibrancy. Ministry of Clouds Shiraz
Matured in a mixture of old French oak puncheons and large format oak for 10 months with 15% whole bunch inclusion. Deep black as night heart with a dark purple hue. Blossoming out of the glass are scents of freshly crushed blackberries, liquorice and black cherries followed by some fragrant fresh herb notes, fennel and peppered meats. Juicy blackberry, liquorice and dark raspberry fruits are layered across the medium bodied palate with infusions of herbs du Provence, scorched earth and pepper lying underneath. Polished tannin structure finishing with good freshness and a refined mid length aftertaste. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 14.3%

Yangarra Estate is a biodynamic wine farm in the McLaren Vale devoted solely to producing wines from the best grape varieties of the southern Rhone. Shiraz from the Yangarra estate vineyard adopts more of a cooler climate expression than the typical McLaren Vale style, thanks to the vineyards elevation and cooling night breezes from the nearby Southern Lofty Ranges, but retains concentration and complexity. lots of lifted violet aromas, with fresh cherries and plums, with a soft and juicy palate and fine elegant tannins.

Mitolo Savitar Shiraz
The fruit used to produce Mitolo Savitar Shiraz was sourced from bountiful vineyards in southern McLaren Vale. The grapes underwent fermentation on their skins for a fortnight, which was followed by pressing. The resulting dry red wine displays a deep garnet red colour. The perfumed bouquet exudes attractive aromas of blackberry bramble, tar and fresh mint, coupled with floral hints and powerful vanillin oak characters. These fragrances effortlessly make way for a lush and intense palate, brimming with blackcurrant, plum and liquorice flavours. Integrated with silky and juicy tannins, the drink culminates in a fine and grainy finish. Cellar this wine for 8 to 12 years, for the flavours to evolve. Serve it on a special occasion with lasagna or Vincisgrassi.
