This wine is based on fruit sourced from our Chardonnay block and is harvested later than usual to help produce a semi sweet, fruit driven style with a clean crispy acidity. The nose displays characters of rose petal, cumquat and sweet lychee, while the palate shows rich sweet fruit flavours of apricot consume and peach melba, which lead into a balanced fresh finish.Ideally enjoyed slightly chilled. The balanced acid makes it an excellent choice with arange of Asian style foods.

Nose: White stone fruit with a citrus whisper, light toast and nut showing through. Palate: A true expression of a modern Chablis style chardonnay. Seamlessly integrated oak, a purity of fruit and a zing of delicate citrus acid.

Bright lemon yellow in colour. Aromas of citrus, ginger and jasmine flowers. Flavoursome on the palate, the wine shows zingy citrus and subtle lees-ageing support.

Lifted Aromas of honeysuckle, pear and quince. The palate is lively and textural with pear juice and ginger flavour’s and a crisp acid finish.
