Unlike with any other whisky, our spirit criss-crosses between six copper stills of completely different silhouettes 0.81 more times than is Scotch tradition. It is an exact science graced with a touch of magic from The Wee Witchie.The Wee Witchie is the smallest of our six stills. Lagavulin, pronounced 'Lagga-voolin' (meaning 'the hollow where the mill is') is distinctive and powerful. This rich and complex whisky from Chivas is aged for 21 years in oak casks before bottling in handcrafted porcelain flagons. Royal Salute was launched on 2nd June 1953 as a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on her Coronation Day. At her coronation, the crown of Queen Elizabeth II was set in rubies, sapphires and emeralds. These precious stones remain the inspiration for the colours of Royal Salute's handcrafted flagons, therefore bottle colour may vary.

Distilled in 2016 using 100% Islay barley, harvested in 2015 and peated to a whopping 129.3ppm, 13.3 offers a slight shift on the usual approach which is typically Bourbon only, this time being aged in a combination of first-fill ex-American whiskey casks and second-fill European oak casks from Rivesaltes, France, and Ribero del Duero, Spain. The total maturation was five years. 61.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

This four-cask matured, extra-aged Benriach was first offered in 2018 and now debuts in Australia. Matured in a combination of Bourbon, Virgin oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry and red wine casks, Head Distiller, Rachel Barrie describes it as full of candied peel, honeyed malt and barley sugar flavours. 46% Alc./Vol.

This peaty Single Malt dates back to 1816, when John Johnston and Archibald Campbell each constructed a distillery on what today is the Lagavulin site. After Johnston died, Campbell consolidated the two, before selling it to malt merchant Alexander Graham. Today it continues to uphold the traditions of its past, using meticulous preparation to create powerful whisky. Their signature 16 year old malt has a strong peat, smoke and seaweed nose that is followed by a nutty complexity and light fruitiness. In the mouth characters of Charcoal, dry woodiness and iodine followed by chilli chocolate and a hint of toffee.
