Delamotte was found in 1760 and is one of the five oldest Champagne houses. Based in the Grand Cru Village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Cote des Blancs, the house is reknowned for the delicacy and elegance of their cuvees. A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier, with each grape variety providing structure, fruit richness, and aromatic complexity respectively. 36 months maturation provides an extra dimension of complexity while still retaining the house's trademark clean, fruity elegance.
