Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque is known throughout the world not only for their classic, complex and artisan sparkling wine, but also the magnificent artwork on each of the Belle Époque bottles. The artwork is a homage to glassmaker Emile Gallé who painted a special bottle that was found in 1902 in a nondescript cupboard gathering dust. Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon-pink. The maceration lasting from 48h to 72h depending on the harvest helps the extraction of the colour and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir, with 5 years minimum ageing.
