Seppelt Chalambar is sourced from fruit from a number of premier Victorian wine regions allowing the expert winemaking team to source the very best fruit year in, year out. In recent years the Chalambar has achieved wide acclaim for not only its approachability upon release, but its inherent ability to age superbly for such an affordable wine. Notes of black fruits, pepper and a delicate angle of spice that grows even more complexity through the length of flavour. The Bare Touch wines are made by Cowpunk winemaker Aaron Mercer using early picked grapes, free run juice and a 'hands off' non intervention approach. The grapes are naturally lower in alcohol and with far less skin contact than a traditional red wine, the free run juice is bright and vibrant with significantly lower tannins.
