By featuring them, we’re helping to premiumise the lager landscape…one tasty tin at a time. As for the liquid itself, expect light malty notes, hints of citrus, and a clean, dry finish. You beauty.

The Classic Collection Merlot by Grant Burge is an attractive modern style Merlot that is jam-packed full of all the fruit flavours Merlot lovers have come to adore; Plum, Blueberry and Blackcurrant. Along with that dense fruitiness comes a medium weight in the palate that isn't overladen with sweetness which lends itself magnificently to food pairing with a lean pork and chickpea salads.

We've called it Zesty because it's high on flavour and drinkability, thanks to the shrewd balancing of some of the world's most enticing aroma hops with a medium malt profile. It's sure to be a fixture in the eskies of zythophiles young and old this summer.

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Coopers are famous for this process which leaves a natural residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance with an enhanced flavour. No additives, no preservatives.
