La Bohème Act Four, a blend of Syrah (Shiraz) and Gamay from De Bortoli. This delicious wine has a soft, textured palate consisting of red and black fruits, spice, bitter chocolate and perky acidity. Well intergraded oak with a lengthy finish.

Taylors Discoveries Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant crimson red, with lifted fruit aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and a touch of herbaceous notes. A bouquet of subtle cedar characters from the oak maturation add complexity which works well with its medium body and gentle palate of juicy blackcurrant fruits. Silky smooth mouth feel and a lingering finish.

Deep red with purple hues. Blackberry and blackcurrant aromas with leafy notes. Concentrated varietal cassis flavours with hints of choc mint and forest floor. Fine structural tannins and spicy french oak support a strong core of expressive blackberry and blackcurrant fruit.

Aroma: Complex ripe cherry jam and plum aromas on the nose, with a hint of vanilla. Palate: Rich black cherry and plum with liquorice and a hint of mint on the palate with length and finesse. The intensity on this is turned all the way up.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.
