Vigna Stefani Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Fruit for this wine was hand-selected from our single-site Yarra Valley vineyard. Notes of white peach, guava and rockmelon with the palate showing soft hints of lime and nashi pear.

Garagiste Le Stagiaire Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay

Le Stagiaire Chardonnay is drawn mostly from Garagistes Merricks vineyard, with the balance coming from Balnarring and Tuerong. Barney Flanders doesn't make these wines specifically for this labelall his ferments start out as potential single-vineyard wines, so the single-site wines are barrel selections, with the remaining wines bottled under Le Stagiaire. This provides some idea of how this label is able over-deliver, year in year out.

Barwon Ridge Chardonnay

Whole-bunch pressed, wild fermentation and storage in French oak. This is a flavoursome and crisp cool climate chardonnay.

A truly exceptional expression of chardonnay - Pale yellow with fine bubbles and persistent mousse. Delicate and floral, with a creamy mid-palate and a lingering, zippy finish. Apple aromas with hints of nut and toast. Primary fruit flavours of pears and apples and hint of nectarine. A gentle creamy texture, soft acidity and a long finish. Perfect with seafood particularly oysters and mussels.

Mandala Fume Blanc

Matured for 8 months on lees in barrel with occasional stirring. Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Smoky gooseberry and citrus scents mix with asparagus and herbaceous grassy notes. Textured ripe gooseberry and citrus fruits meld into smoked asparagus and herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a lively aftertaste. Drink over the next 1-2 years. Alc. 12.6%

Riversong Yarra Valley Chardonnay

Sourced from the original Dixons Creek Estate vineyard, this Chardonnay speaks of place and shines a light on one of the Yarra Valleys most prized grape varieties. Fresh, zesty citrus and melon jump from the glass supported by notes of almond meal and sublte French oak spice. The palate shows incredible clarity of fruit framed up by the considered use of new French oak. Barrell fermentation and lees stirring adds a level of richness and compexity delivering an wine that speaks of place. Drink now or enjoy watching the wine evolve over the years from careful cellaring.

Pacha Mama Pinot Gris

Sourced from a single vineyard site in the Strathbogie Ranges, ideally suited to growing aromatic and balanced Pinot Gris. The cool nights here allow the fruit to reach optimum ripeness whilst retaining an elegant balance between flavour, alcohol and acidity. This wine by Pacha Mama underwent lees stirring while in barrel, resulting in a buttery richness and complexity that sets the pinot gris style apart from the tighter, more acidic Pinot Grigio. Rich and inviting nose with white musk, fresh quince and honeysuckle. A generous and textural palate, with flavours of crýme brulee, lemon zest and musk, balanced by refreshing acidity and a satisfying, clean finish.

Kooyong Clonale Chardonnay

Kooyong Clonale Chardonnay has a complex nose with citrus varietal aromas meshed with classy oak. Seamless and creamy on the palate with long, fine cool-climate flavours. Another cracking wine from Sandro Mosele that just oozes quality.

TarraWarra Estate Chardonnay

A fine example of cool-climate Chardonnay. Elegant and structured this wine shows the finesse of the Yarra Valley at it's best. A perfect white to accompany seafood and white meats.
