The GlenAllachie Distillery, situated in Aberlour in Speyside, was established in 1967 and designed by William-Delme Evans, with construction carried out by Mackinlay McPherson. The distillery was meticulously designed to be almost entirely gravity-fed, reducing energy consumption. After Mackinlay McPherson became part of Invergordon in 1985, the distillery was mothballed until Campbell Distillers acquired it in 1989 and recommenced production in April of that year. In 2017, The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited was formed by Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson, who released their first core range of single malt whiskies in July 2018 and launched MacNair's Lum Reek in November of that year. The distillery opened its doors to visitors in May 2019 and has won numerous awards, including the Visitor Attraction of the Year for 2022. The GlenAllachie Distillery continues to innovate, releasing a 15-year-old whisky in April 2022 and a celebratory trilogy of Speyside Single Malts in honour of Billy Walker's 50-year career. In January 2023, they introduced The GlenAllachie 2012 Cuvée Wine Cask Finish and in March 2023, they released three new expressions, highlighting their commitment to innovation and excellence in the whisky industry. He hand-picks the finest casks to create exceptional quality whiskies to be enjoyed across the globe. The antique walnut-hued liquid is said to deliver refined qualities. A nose of black grapes, raisins and dark chocolate orange, with hints of coffee and stewed fruits. The palate has lashings of heather honey, cocoa dusted truffles and sultanas, followed with bursts of espresso, brandy and ginger snaps on the finish. Encased in a luxurious suedette-lined pine green box with gold foil detailing, the whisky was bottled at its natural cask strength of 51.5% ABV, with no added colour and without undergoing chill filtration.

This Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero has a decanter that embodies the artisanal heritage of Guerrero in Southern Mexico, while the crystalline liquid evokes the state’s mystical expanses. This mezcal is artisanally crafted from papalote agave native to the humid highlands in the state of Guerrero. Maguey papalote typically refers to either an Agave potatorum or an Agave cupreata. The name papalote is often used in communities of Puebla and northern Oaxaca. The decanter itself is a work of art, a piece that pays tribute to the ancestral wisdom, tender nature, and warrior spirit of the Mexican woman – qualities that have made her the heart of Guerrero's culture. The green colour represents jade, a precious stone of extreme value to our ancestral cultures as well as a symbol of eternity. The four-petaled flowers covering the decanter represent the Fifth Sun –– a pre-Hispanic god known as the origin of everything. The colourful cap features the figure of a hummingbird, the fabled messenger of the Gods, reaffirming its mystical and celestial connection to this Mexican region. Handcrafted using traditional lacquering techniques. Due to its technical and material complexity, the artisans dedicate up to ten days to its creation. Crystal clear with light straw-coloured highlights, this mezcal is full bodied with aromas of grapefruit zest, freshly cut wood, rosemary and toasted peanuts with faint hints of butter and daisies. On the palate flavours of freshly cut wood, seaweed, lemon juice, pepper, and light notes of tobacco. Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero pairs beautifully with fresh goat cheese, red plums and white chocolate.

Talisker, one of the remotest distilleries in the world, is situated on the storm lashed Isle of Skye and has a colourful history dating back to 1830. Denounced by the local clergy, praised by none other than Robert Louis Stevenson and even suffering a still-room fire in 1960, Talisker has survived and today produces some of the smoothest and character full malts in Scotland. The 25 Year Old is sweet and mild to begin, with some acidity and saltiness. Extraordinary flavour development then envelopes the palate that becomes dry and minerally with a mild dusting of ground white pepper.

A small batch Anejo named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942. The Solera aging method combines and matures tequilas of different characteristics finished in unique casks, allowing Don Julios final agave harvest to remain at the heart of this rare Extra Añejo Tequila.
