The Cat Amoungst the Pigeons Riesling has a crisp citrus acid, with a lemon/lime taste.

The Barossa Ink Shiraz is intense purple red in colour with great density. The bouquet is rich with plum, raspberries and dark cherries, with underlying hints of dark chocolate, coffee bean, and spice. This super rich, full bodied wine has a sensual palate offering plenty of texture, fine velvet tannins and soft, round dark fruit flavours.

This vintage of the White Rock displays freshly cut peacharomas with notes of citrus stem and lavender. The palate is well structured with flavours of citrus, white peach and macadamia. Maturation in high quality French oak barrels has contributed vanillin notes and a creaminess to the persistent zesty finish.

Eden Hall Reserve Riesling made from fruit from select rows in block 8 with a south western aspect. It is pale straw yellow showing a lifted, perfumed floral nose with hints of lavender. Steely minerality on the palate with more lemon than lime. A tight, single minded classic Eden Valley Rizza of impecable pedigree smugly basking in its understated nobility.

This bright, juicy Grenache displays peppery notes, along with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberries on the palate. Balancing blueberry and sandalwood, it finishes with a floral high note. Absolutely scrumptious.

Minimal intervention is used during the wine making process, allowing the true characteristics of each vintage and the vines to speak for itself. When he passed on, the place was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. The Corviser Pinot Noir shows elegance and finesse.
