Gary Farr is Victorian wine royalty and is now making his By Farr wines in collaboration with his son, Nick. The results have been wines of utmost pedigree and character and this Viognier is no exception. While retaining the trademark complexity and palate texture, this Viognier has a wonderful floral lift and aromatic nature to it that makes it undeniably appealing to drink young.

Acclaimed Riesling-maker, Jeff Grosset, turns his hand to Pinot Noir here with exceptional results. With fruit from the high altitude region of the Adelaide Hills, the resulting Pinot Noir is ethereal, structured and superbly fragrant. Wonderful varietal definition with more than enough fruit weight balance with superb acid and complexity.

Bannockburn is spicy with well intergraded savoury oak and great acidity backbone. The varietal flavours such as, raspberries, strawberries and red cherries fruits lingers with a faint hint of forest floor on the palate with well supporting tannins. A greatly composed wine, this is undoubtedly pushing the setting of this country's benchmark for Pinot Noir to another level.

Pale, straw colour with insinuations of green. Overt, ripe varietal fruit characters on the nose - pineapple, citrus and nectarine derived are from the warm vintage conditions. Mineral characters, orange blossom and almond meal along with some lees derived creaminess are all balanced within this multi-dimensional palate.

What a magnificent wine! A pioneer in the modern Australian Chardonnay stakes, the Vat 47 from the Hunter Valley has a silky bouquet of melon stone fruit and creamy oak that is followed by a palate of extraordinary balance and length. An absolute classic and will only get better with some medium term ageing.

A refreshingly herbaceous gin made using a combination of juniper, myrtle berries, citrus peels, coriander and more. Produced like the island gin, Sunset has two important Mediterranean botanicals infused, basil and grapefruit. These give a distinctive and very fresh component allowing to break neat with crushed basil leaves and ice, or as a Negroni or Martini
