Fermented with native yeasts and are then aged in French oak for 12 and 18 months. Then softly pumped into stainless steel tanks where they are blended and allowed to rest. Bottled with no filtration or fining.

Nicolas Rossignols 1er Cru Chevrets is denser and richer than many other Volnay wines, yet still displays the fine tannins and lightness of touch for which Volnay is renowned.
