Suntory Yamazaki Pure Malt is fresh, fruit-forward single malt blended with the pure waters of the Southern Japanese Alps. The nose opens with light herbal aromas which merge with notes of green apple, pear and almond, backed by soft smoke. The palate is soft and delicate with complex notes of lime, plum, sweet pear, smoke and chamomile, accented by a sweet hint of butter cookie. Cameron Bridge Special Release 2022 The Knight’s Golden Triumph 26 Year Old 56.2% ABV, The Lowlands Rich and exquisitely detailed, this 2022 Special Release from Cameron Bridge deftly combines hedonism with refinement for a truly special dram. Urbane yet determined; sweet and smooth on the surface, but with hot spices bubbling away beneath; quite delicious.

It carries a little more earthy, woody spice than the Passion, with deeper, more mature candied fruit notes as well. There are also heady, deep, floral top notes, rich, spicy base notes, a velveteen texture and an extraordinarily long finish. Another stunning XO.
