Francois Voyer Cognac VS

A young, fruit driven, grape-to-bottle Cognac. 100% Grande Champagne. Francois Voyer is a grower producer: he owns his vineyard and makes his Cognac entirely on his property. Francois Voyer vineyard is located in Grande Champagne, the 1er Cru de Cognac. Present on the finest tables of France, hailed by the specialized press as "among the best of the Grande Champagne", this producer reflects the history of a family, and the beauty of their vineyard. Distilled with the lees, the FV VS ages in new Limousin oak casks with a medium interior toast for 1 year. The ageing process continues in old barrels in a damp cellar. A progressive reduction is made, with distilled water (max 5% of diminution every 3 months). A very fine blend, minimum 30 months old. EYE: golden. NOSE: strong bouquet of vanilla, lime and white flowers. Floral tones are typical of the Grand Champagne cru young Cognacs. PALATE: a gentle start which stays on the pallet for a long time. Fruity, pleasant and persistent. Great for cocktails or can be drunk straight from the freezer. Our cocktail suggestion is a long drink called Brandy Tea. Take some ice, half a slice of orange, half a slice of lemon, 2 teaspoons of honey and 40ml of Voyer VS Cognac. Shake well and then add hot water to make a long drink. Domaines De Provence Distilleries Et XII Dry Gin

Gin XII is craft distilled from twelve plants and spices in a plate column still, creating a subtle range of aromas. Gin XII owes its name to the twelve plants and spices that go into its creation. It is characterised by fresh, minty, floral, slightly spicy notes and a beautiful lingering finish. A dry gin with a rich, authentic taste, born of a long period of research and reflection. Gin XII takes full advantage of its Haute-Provence terroir and its subtle blend of herbs such as thyme, rosemary, basil, eucalyptus, sweet almond and mint, which join forces with small juniper berries to express the aromatic intensity of a stroll through the garrigue!

Vedrenne Salers Gin

Unique association of 11 botanicals including the gentian root cultivated in the Massif Central, gin is distilled in small batches, in a bain-marie in the historic stills of the Gentiane SALERS. This slow distillation at low temperature preserves all the delicacy of the aromatics. The bitterness of the gentian is thus erased to extract the floral expression of its original terroir. Tasting Notes: Nose: Intense with notes of citrus and cardamom enhanced by notes of juniper. Its Flavour: Spicy finish of pepper, ginger and gentian.

Chateau Laballe Bas Armagnac Resistance Baco

In a new release, this vibrant, next-gen Armagnac takes its name from 2 things. A: the phylloxera-resistant Baco hybrid developed at the turn of the twentieth century and B: the fact that it makes a stand against those forces that would diminish Baco plantings in the region. Until the late 1970s, Baco remained the prime ingredient in Armagnac and while Ugni Blanc holds that position today, this variety—now exclusive to Armagnac country—has played an important role in the region’s identity; a role that Cyril Laballe wanted to commemorate with Résistance. So, made from 100% Baco grapes, in consultation with the trade, this unique bottling took three years to get just right and consists of a blend of three Armagnacs distilled in 2009, 2010 and 2012. The three eaux de vie spent their first year after distillation in the new 410-litre Chêne Noir Gascon barrels from Bartholomo (the last barrel maker in the Landes region) to develop texture and sweetness, and then the rest of aging in older barrels, bringing more earthy and savoury notes.
