A true dry gin, juniper led and made in the London Dry style then tinted rosé with a touch of Provencal flair. Our 12 botanicals are all at home in Provence, either growing wild or cultivated for the perfume trade with its historical heart in Grasse. All evocatively Provencal. In keeping with our heritage as a wine estate we use grapes for our base neutral spirit. We also add 10% of our Provence Rosé to the final macerate before distillation. The grapes add a round softness to the mouthfeel of our Gin. On the palate Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is juniper led with complex layers of citrus, floral and herbal tones all the evolve over time. The grape spirit and wine add a gentle roundness, soft enough to be sipped as it is.

Today Dom Bénédictine is one of the worlds favourite liqueurs. Its secret recipe contains aged Cognac blended with 27 individual herbs, roots and spices with a mellow touch of honey. Best served neat, on ice, or in cocktails.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla. Plantation Grande Réserve 5 Year Old can be enjoyed straight, on ice or in cocktails.
