Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay
Kevin Cullen was a passionate believer in the quality of Margaret River as a wine region and particularly of its potential to become one of the great areas for both Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Here's his proof! [Biodynamic]

Dog Point Chardonnay
Dog Point from Marlborough in New Zealand have quickly established themselves as quality Marlborough producers with their range of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This Chardonnay has lovely texture due to lees stirring and balanced oak influence. Hints of citrus still remain to produce a Chardonnay of versatility.

Coldstream Hills Chardonnay
Coldstream Hills has been consistently producing excellent Yarra Valley Chardonnay for years and if anything it keeps getting better. Stone fruit and grapefruit characters are supported by creamy nutty oak.
Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling
Petaluma Riesling is one of Australia's finest examples of this noble variety. Pale straw in colour the palate exhibits lemon and grapefuit flavours matched by some fresh and racy acidity. Sourced from the home of great Australian Riesling, this trademark Clare Valley aromatic white is wonderful when opened upon release and like all great Rieslings, will develop brilliant toasty characters over a 10 year period in the bottle.
Santalba Abando White Barrica
A wine made with 100% Viura grapes from vineyards in Gimileo, late-harvested to obtain a slight over-ripeness. Viura is an indigenous grape from Rioja and one of the best for this specific winemaking. The good acidity obtained with this grapes avoids oxidation and gives to the wine a vibrant style. To make this wine, the resulting juice obtained after pressing is transferred to new American oak barrels (yes virgin barrels), where alcoholic fermentation takes place. In nose is easy to feel its complex aromas tropical fruits, citrus fruits, botanical notes and mint, in balance with delicate vanilla and toast aromas resulting from fermentation in American oak.In mouth it has a rich texture with excellent acidity, structure and flavour and a persistent tasty finish. This wine is perfect as an addition to any cellar as all of its qualities will improve with a period of bottle-ageing.
Simonnet-Febvre Chablis
Simonnet-Febvre has a dedication to quality Chardonnay that is unsurpassed in the Chablis region. Old vines are entrenched in limestone soil that produce some of the most evocative examples available. Clean, zesty citrus lines of flavour all surrounded by the unmistakable line of acid so prevalent in this classically styled wines. Superb!
Harewood Estate FLUX Great Southern White Blend
Sauvignon Blanc meets Semillon and Riesling in a rare blend, a portion of which is then matured in new French oak. "Scents of lemon curd and quince, nashi pear and almonds. The palate is much more keen and quick, a zesty shiver of lemon-lime with pink grapefruit and faint almond/nougat notes. A vibrant, tightly wound and thirst-quenching expression on hand. Very pleasing."
