Cognac house Paul Giraud has been handed down from father to son since 1650 with 35 hectares of sustainably grown, hand harvested vineyards in the prime 1er Cru cognac area of the Grande Champagne. Meticulous, hands on production allows Paul Girauds style to produce artisanal cognacs which date from 6 to 50 years of age. Soft, delicate stone fruit on the nose, the palate shows plums, prunes, honey and sherry characters with a long finish.

Special single cask whisky - distilled at Mars Whisky's Shinshu Distillery in Nagano Prefecture in 2013 and aged in Bourbon barrel in stone cellar at Tsunuki Distillery in tropical Kagoshima Prefecture till 2017. Excellent balance between sweetness from Bourbon barrel and its peat character with citrus character like orange and kumquat.
