Chalmers Fiano

This Fiano melds delicate stone fruits and almond blossom with savoury lees contact characters and minerality, displaying texture and power in the mouth whilst retaining a fine, fresh finish.

Dal Zotto Arneis
Arneis, a crisp, crunchy, spicy Italian white originating from Piedmont, Italy, traditionally made without oak. Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. Their Arneis shows all the trademark lifted aromatics and crunchy acidity of its Italian cousins. Enjoy with great company and a plate of seared scallops.
Shadowfax Chardonnay
Shadowfax Chardonnay is blended from premium cool climate districts of southern Victoria. This Chardonnay crafted by Matt Harrop is elegant and complex with attractive varietal and barrel derived characters.
Flametree Chardonnay
Flametree are nestled in the picturesque Margaret River wine region where they continue to be surrounded by a buzz and excitement centred on the quality wine they are producing. Attention to detail is paramount in the winery where careful site, clonal and oak selections are made to produce exceptional Chardonnay's like this one. Characters of dried pears, grapefruit, melon and fig are balanced with searing acidity and a length of flavour that speaks to its promising future.
Amisfield Pinot Gris
This exceptional Pinot Gris from Amisfield shows pronounced aromatics of roasting quince, bees wax and orange blossom. The palate is broad, complex, rich and textured while remaining elegant, with a dry finish.
Papagiannakos Retsina
Retsina hails from the hills of Attica and Central Greece and was traditionally made from the Savatiano grape variety. Vassilis Papagiannakos has taken it upon himself to raise the profile of this much-maligned style of wine. He does this by sourcing fruit from old, well-sited Savatiano vineyards. He then adds very controlled amounts of pine resin during a temperature controlled fermentation to ensure a delicate and well integrated blend of flavours and complexity.
Kumeu River Pinot Gris
This is a very fine Gris. Its elegant nose shows hints of citrus, grapefruit, musk and apricot while on the palate the wine is structured and remarkably tight with mineral characteristics supporting rich, tropical fruit. The acid is very fresh and the length impeccable.
Howard Park Chardonnay
Barrel fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques with partial malolactic has imparted texture and complexity to the minerally grapefruit flavours of this Chardonnay from WA's south-west corner.
Paringa Estate Riesling
Paringa Estate is known as one of the finest small producers in Australia. Pinot Noir is the flagship variety, they also make Shiraz and Riesling. The fruit for this Riesling comes off 20 year old vines, and makes wine of intense focus, structure and finesse.
