Hand-crafted using small parcels of old vine fruit, The Barking Dog Grenache Shiraz Mataro is an exceptional example of three of the Barossa Valleys finest varieties. Natural fruit sweetness drives the palate with flavours of blackberry, plum, tobacco and a touch of spice to round it out. The soft balanced tannins and acid provide the core structure and combine to provide an intense long finish.

Torbreck Woodcutter's Shiraz

Torbreck's Woodcutter's Shiraz is produced from hand-tended low-yielding vines. Bold and hearty it shows ripe sweet fruit flavours with supple tannins. Has quickly become a firm favourite of all the full-bodied Barossa red wine lovers out there.

Mojo In Full Colour Shiraz

On the nose, black raspberry fruits with hints of smoky tobacco. The palate follows with densely packed, plush red fruits with lashings of all spice and white pepper. Tannins are soft and sleek. Lively, raspberry, spicy. Picked between 13.5 14.5 Baume. 7-day ferment on skins, then gently pressed. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Storage in oak for 6 months combination of 1 to 3-year-old French and American oak then, blended and bottle. Shiraz South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. The Sandmine Old Vine Barossa Valley Shiraz

Amelia and Trent Burge are the 6TH generation of a Barossa winemaking legacy. The two siblings, have named this collaborative range after a Burge family vineyard, where they spent many childhood years, affectionately calling it The Sandmine vineyard due to its location near a neighbouring sandmine. The old vineyards roots run deep into the soil giving them constant access to the underground water. The rnage includes a flagship wine for each of the duo, the Shiraz favoured by Trent for its big, bold and ripe characters. This Shiraz has all the hallmarks of a typical Barossa Shiraz.
