Grant Burge KRINK X Barossa INK Limited Edition Valley Shiraz

An opulent wine from the heart of Barossa, with notes of rich berry and hints of mocha and dark chocolate.

Pepperjack Barossa Valley Shiraz

2017 Pepperjack Barossa Valley Shiraz. Rich dark red in colour with a dark purple rim, the nose shows rich concentrated red and blue fruits, dark chocolate and rich mocha notes with hints of spice and cedary oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There is a concentrated layer of berry fruit and oak which is balanced with the fine tannins to give length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour.

Karlsbridge Old Kirche Barossa Shiraz

The Barossa is an area rich with history and wine has been a way of life since 1842. An area abundant of fertile soils, a diversity of culture and religion, the Barossa's landscape is still distinguished by many Lutheran church steeples. We honour this history with Old Kirche, an exquisite representation of a classic deep red Shiraz with aromas of dark berries, cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Bright flavours of plum and red currants, hints of toasty oak and a velvety, voluptuous fruit filled palate with a finish of silky tannins.

St John's Road Motley Bunch GMS

Fresh, lush fruits are balanced well with savoury notes of earth, cedar and sandalwood spice. Firm tannins and a fine line of acidity create a deliciously moreish finish.

Bethany Wines JGS Shiraz

When I first tried this shiraz, it was like love at first sight (or, sip). Juicy and fragrant, but powerfully integrated with a spicy, smoky oak profile. The 'JGS', named after Johann Gottlob Schrapel who arrived to the Barossa in 1844 by Ox cart and established Barossa's first settlement in Bethany. This wine is an ode to that history, and the first vineyards Johann planted in 1852. Today, the Schrapel family continue to own and operate Bethany Wines, with an impeccable eye for quality and storytelling. This shiraz outperforms most by a mile- a testament to the history of this family and their understanding of true Barossa character.
