Hand picked world malt, Distilled, Blended and aged for 3 years in ex sherry and bourban casks at Masahiro Distillery Japan.Tasting Note: Nose soft warm caramel, butterscotch and lifted citrus. Hombo Shuzo Gensyu Yakusugi Shochu
Hombo Shuzo Gensyu Yakusugi Shochu is crafted on the UNESCO heritage listed island called Yakushima south of Kyushu. Climate is very tropical and has beautiful clean soft water. It shows sweetness on the nose like mandarin, honey and fresh yoghurt. It has soft texture and is powerful impression at first followed by cleans sweet flavour with wonderful complex. In summer, enjoy this Shochu straight or over ice, or cold spring water. In winter, Shochu can be gently warmed or with a quality green tea.
Kanade Yuzu Liqueur
Kanade Yuzu is created through the blending of Yuzu juice with three different types of liquor, each made by infusing and distilling Japanese Yuzu citrus pulp and peel, This liqueur embodies the characteristics of fresh Yuzu, with a refreshing citrus aroma and pleasantly bitter yet sour taste. Lush and rich mouth feel with sour citrus notes delicately complimenting the sweet Yuzu characteristics.
Kanade White Peach Liqueur
Kanade White Peach is composed of infused Japanese White Peach liqueur and White Peach juice. The final blend has a distinct aroma both rich and gentle, and an enveloping juicy flavor like that of a raw White Peach. With a palate of citrus & the strong presence of raw white peach leading into a delicate floral finish, Kanade White Peach Liqueur would make a next level Bellini. This is really quite wonderful.

Tsuru-Ume series are brewed and blended with the long experience and the rich skill and recipe in the liquor sprits brewing works of Heiwa Shuzou brewery. The most specific idea of living in this modern world stands on the understanding of “Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability.” In this idea, the Tsuru-Ume series are hand-crafted in the concept of LOHAS style. That is why this series is not for mass production and easy consumption. You will know it when you try! Among the products produced in Wakayama prefecture, Heiwa Shuzo Tsuru-ume Suppai Umeshu is a new plum sake from Wakayama Prefecture, the plum heartland of Japan. The Heiwa Shuzō brewery has its own orchards and sticks to the principle of slow-brew. For this exquisite and full-taste umeshu, three times more plums have been used than usual in this recipe and the plums have been kept in the sake for 3 years, giving extra plum taste and aroma and making it extra sour or 'Suppai'. Cool it and enjoy it straight or on the rocks. After opening, store in a refrigerator and drink as soon as possible.
